Our history
We launched Block Built Construction Company in early 2024. Our first project is a 4 bedroom and 3-1/2 bathroom ranch house with a full basement in Chatham, IL.
Our specialites
Our previous experience with the European style of building influenced our decision to specialize in Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction. The ICF technology combines superior structural characteristics with enhanced energy efficiency that exceeds applicable building codes and leads to significant cost savings over the lifespan of the building.
